    will be back

The family room was spacious with a comfy bed, private bathroom, and a large shower. It had an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. WiFi was reliable for streaming. needs better cleaning

the location was great for my family get together in bristol. the room was clean and everything we needed was there. breakfast was decent, they had a good spread of cereal and toast. the staff were friendly and helpful. parking was easy and free, which was a plus!

the heating was on and made the room super hot. Some furniture looked a bit dated. also, the bathroom could use better cleaning as i found a few hairs in the shower.

charming stay but some improvements needed

The building exudes character, enhancing the overall experience. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, making us feel right at home.

Some rooms do show signs of age.

    beautiful old building
    close to attractions

charming building near parks and iconic attractions for easy strolls

I loved how close everything was, especially being able to walk to Page Park in less than 10 minutes for a lovely afternoon stroll, and the view from my room was delightful with the charming old architecture around me.

    spacious family room
    complimentary breakfast
    great group trip
    neglected hallways

Had a fantastic group trip! The family room was spacious and super comfy. We visited Old Market and Tracy Park Golf Club, both great spots. Breakfast was complimentary, which was a nice surprise. Just a heads up, the hallways could use some updating, but overall a lovely stay!

Some areas felt a bit neglected, like the hallway. The reception could've been warmer upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. not a huge issue, but something to note.

    adequate room
    location

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend escape in Bristol with value for price. The breakfast was weird, with questionable items, but the room was small yet adequate. Just be prepared to navigate without much help or guidance during your stay.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my two-night stay in the Executive Double Room. The smart TV was a letdown, but the comfortable bed offered great rest. The breakfast was decent, especially the freshly cooked options. Tips, Check for room views and ask about the latest TV model instructions for better use.

    clean room
    friendly breakfast
    firm bed
    noisy environment
    poor service

The room was pristine and well-heated, offering a comfortable retreat, though the bed felt excessively firm. A significant downside was the loud music from an adjacent venue, which persisted late into the night, disrupting sleep. The breakfast experience was subpar due to a lack of guidance and delayed coffee service, despite the cooked breakfast itself being quite good. the location was convenient, but communication and management seemed lacking during the stay.

This place was just a smart choice for a fleeting trip in Bristol with very good value for money. The family room was a nice surprise, sparking joy with its layout and two TVs. Tip, Walk to the nearby White Horse pub for good food and outdoor seating.
